I have always had an interest in designing a bands logo, their identity, and I thought making their shirts and gig posters would just add to the opportunity! Although yes, there isn’t a whole lot of money in the music business, I still am attracted to it and would love getting the chance to jump into a project like this! I’m going to make 3 shirts, 3 posters, and the bands logo, which is what in shooting for.
Week 1 – Pick an idea for this project
Week 2 – Start thinking of the shirt designs and band logo – sketch out ideas
Week 3 – Have rough comps up
Week 4 – Refine designs
Week 5 – Finalize shirt designs
Week 6 – Start thinking up gig poster designs – have sketches
Week 7 – Finalize band logo and have rough comps of posters
Week 8 – Refine designs
Week 9 – Finalize all graphics
Week 10 – Final designs due
